Eight precision machines cover the full glass edge processing flow — from high-volume double edging and seaming through vertical edging, mitering, beveling, and CNC corner grinding, plus the 4-in-1 CNC glass processing center and its vertical loader/unloader for automotive and appliance glass.

Horizontal Double Edger Line
The high-volume workhorse of glass edge processing — 10 to 13 precision spindles per side grind both edges simultaneously at speeds up to 15 meters per minute. Built on precision ball-screw structures with servo transmission for continuous, automatic production on architectural, tempered, and laminated glass.

Horizontal Seaming/Arrising Machine
The high-speed edge preparation machine for glass that will be tempered or laminated — 4 precision grinding heads remove sharp edges and apply a controlled arris (seam) at speeds up to 40 meters per minute. The fastest way to make glass safe for handling, tempering, and downstream processing.

Vertical Straight-Line Edging Machine
The vertical-orientation glass edging machine engineered for space-efficient, high-precision flat edge grinding and polishing — glass travels upright through 6 to 12 configurable spindles delivering rough grind, fine grind, and polish in a single pass. The smallest footprint in its class with the flexibility to handle insulating, laminated, and decorative glass from 3 to 30mm thick.
Vertical Mitering / Angle-Changing Machine
The vertical-orientation glass mitering machine engineered for precise angle grinding from 0° to 45° — 10 to 13 configurable spindles deliver miter edge coarse grinding, fine grinding, polishing, and front/rear arrising in a single pass. The only machine in its class that combines mitering and flat edging in one compact, vertically-oriented package — creating seamless glass-to-glass corner joints for architectural, furniture, and display applications.
Vertical Beveling Machine
The vertical-orientation glass beveling machine engineered for high-precision decorative bevel grinding and bright polish finishing — 11 spindles deliver coarse bevel grinding, fine bevel grinding, bottom pencil edging, and felt polishing in a single pass. The widest bevel width in its class at up to 60mm, with adjustable bevel angles from 2.5° to 45° and a dual water tank system for consistent, mirror-like bevel finishes.
CNC Round Corner Grinding Machine
The CNC-controlled glass corner grinding machine engineered for high-precision rounded corner grinding and polish finishing on rectangular glass — automatic 4-corner processing via G-code with adjustable corner radius from R5mm to R120mm, 3-wheel single-pass cycle (coarse grind → fine grind → polish), and pneumatic glass clamping. The only machine in its class that grinds all four corners of a glass sheet in one program cycle.

HN-E CNC Glass Processing Center
The 4-in-1 CNC glass processing center engineered for automotive and appliance glass manufacturing — combines ultra-high processing speed with exceptional precision. Two linear motion axes plus a rotary motion axis drive a high-speed electric spindle, edging formed glass straight from the graphics file imported into the CNC system. Perfect for 1–6mm square and shaped glass, with straight-line, T-shape, and pencil grinding in a single setup.

Vertical Loader / Unloader
The vertical loader/unloader that achieves high-efficiency glass transit across different glass processing lines — the gantry system commonly used on-line. The 5-axis loader/unloader serves high-speed appliance glass processing lines, loading glass and turning its direction during the load. Working with one or two glass pieces together according to line speed, it is also used mid-line to turn glass 90 degrees — faster, space-efficient, and scratch-free.

The series covers horizontal double edgers, horizontal seaming and arrising machines, vertical straight-line edgers, vertical mitering and beveling machines, a CNC round corner grinding machine, the HN-E CNC glass processing center and vertical loaders and unloaders.
Double edgers process glass 3-25mm at up to 15m/min, vertical straight-line edgers handle panels up to 3000×3000mm in 3-30mm glass, and the CNC round corner machine processes sheets up to 1300×2500mm.
The horizontal seaming and arrising machine runs 4 grinding heads at 12-40m/min on 4-12mm glass. Produced by our sister company HanTech Automation, its production capacity ranks number one in China.
