Vibrant, permanent graphics on every glass surface
Printing Series, Product Overview
Two printing platforms cover the full scope of glass decoration — digital UV flatbed printing for photorealistic graphics and variable data, plus high-precision silk screen printing for permanent, fired-in ceramic patterns.
UV Printing Machine
The UV printing machine delivers high-resolution, direct-to-glass printing at up to 600×2400dpi — jetting UV-curable ink directly onto float, tempered, coated, or laminated glass up to 2400×2000mm, curing instantly under LED UV lamps for immediate handling. No screens, no squeegees, no setup — load the digital file, place the glass, and print at up to 50m²/hr.
Silk Screen Printing Machine
The silk screen printing machine delivers high-precision, multi-colour printing on flat glass up to 2500×5100mm — a 6-point CCD camera registration system aligns each colour pass to ±0.05mm, eliminating manual registration entirely. Up to 6 colour passes per job with independent squeegee pressure, speed, and flood settings, all stored in a 999+ recipe database.
Printing Technology That Sets Us Apart
Every printing machine in the Hanwin series is engineered around the same principles: precise image reproduction, controlled ink delivery, accurate registration, and durable finishes. The result is vibrant, permanent graphics on glass — from photorealistic UV imagery to fired ceramic frit.
Direct-to-Glass Digital Printing
600×2400dpi · No screens · No setup
UV inkjet printing jets picolitre droplets directly onto glass with instant LED cure — enabling photographic imagery, variable data, and economical one-off panels. 2–8 heads manage CMYK + White + Varnish in a single pass.
Precision Colour Registration
6-point CCD · ±0.05mm · Auto-align
Six high-resolution CCD cameras read fiducial marks and align every silk screen colour pass to ±0.05mm — compensating for thermal expansion and screen stretch in real time. Registration completes in 3–5 seconds.
Permanent, Durable Finishes
UV-curable bond · Ceramic frit firing
UV-curable ink chemically bonds to glass for scratch-resistant, UV-stable graphics. Ceramic frit inks are fired into the surface during tempering — a permanent, fade-proof finish that lasts the lifetime of the building.
From photorealistic UV graphics to permanent ceramic frit — printing technology for every glass surface.
Applications of Hanwin Printing Machines

Printing Series - Common Questions
About silk-screen versus UV printing, sizes, resolution and reliability.
The silk-screen printing machine uses screen stencils for high-volume, durable prints on glass up to 2500×5100mm, while the UV printing machine prints digitally at 600×2400dpi with 2-8 print heads on sheets up to 2400×2000mm - ideal for short runs and full-color images.
Both machines process architectural glass from 3-19mm, covering monolithic, laminated and insulating glass for facade and decorative applications.
Both machines feature automatic alarm systems and pneumatic safety protection for continuous, reliable output, and are designed for extended production runs.
The series is used for architectural and decorative glass - spandrels, partitions, logo and brand printing, and full-color decorative panels.
Yes. Printing machines can be positioned after washing and before lamination or tempering as part of a connected line, with conveyor and control integration handled by our installation team.
