Other Processing Machines
The essential supporting equipment behind every complete glass processing line — heat-soak testing furnaces for nickel sulphide prevention, EVA laminating machines for safety and acoustic glass, dual-orientation sandblasting machines for frosted and decorative finishes, and closed-loop water treatment systems that recycle up to 95%+ of process water. Built to run alongside your cutting, edging, tempering, and lamination lines with the same HanTech reliability.
HANWIN GLASS TECHNOLOGY · BEIJING, CHINA
The Supporting Cast Behind Every Glass Line
Beyond cutting, edging, tempering, and lamination, every modern glass processing plant depends on a suite of supporting machines — heat-soak testing furnaces that guarantee safety glass is truly safe, EVA laminating machines that bond glass into acoustic and ballistic security panels, sandblasting machines that create the frosted and decorative finishes in demand across architecture and interiors, and water treatment systems that keep process water clean, recycled, and compliant with discharge regulations. Hanwin Glass Technology engineers each of these machines with the same precision, automation, and energy-conscious design that defines our entire product range, so your whole line performs as one system.
Safety Without Compromise
Heat-soak furnaces screen out nickel sulphide inclusions so tempered glass never fails spontaneously in service.
Finishes That Sell
Sandblasting and EVA lamination open up decorative, acoustic, and security glass markets for your factory.
Sustainability Built In
Closed-loop water treatment recycles up to 95%+ of process water, reducing costs and environmental footprint.

Other Processing Series, Product Overview
Four supporting machines cover the scope of everything beyond primary glass processing — heat-soak testing, EVA lamination, sandblasting, and closed-loop water treatment.

Heat Soak Test Furnace
The heat-soak test furnace heats tempered glass to 280–320°C and holds it for 2+ hours, forcing nickel sulphide inclusions to expand and break defective panels before they ever reach the building. Rated for glass up to 3300×12000mm and loads up to 8500 KG per cycle, with 4–6 independent heating zones holding ±5°C uniformity across the furnace.

EVA Laminating Machine
The EVA laminating machine bonds glass + EVA + glass stacks up to 2440×3660mm at 100–140°C with ±2°C uniformity, building 2.5+ layer laminates with 90%+ light transmission. Handles acoustic (STC 35–45 dB), decorative (fabric, paper, mesh inserts), and security (EN 1063 BR1–BR7) laminates in batches from a single panel to 500+.

Vertical / Horizontal Sandblasting Machine
The sandblasting machine processes glass 3–50mm thick in either vertical or horizontal orientation — a unique rotatable work chamber reconfigures the machine 90° to suit large architectural panels or small batches. Three automatic gantry-mounted guns, each with independent pressure (0.2–0.8 MPa), media flow, and traverse speed, deliver uniform frosted, etched, and anti-slip textures with an 85%+ media reuse rate.

Water Treatment Equipment
The water treatment system recycles process water from tempering, washing, edging, drilling, and sandblasting lines at 10/20/50/100 TPH — filtering to 0.1μm with multi-stage clarification to achieve 95%+ water recovery and zero liquid discharge. Automatic dewatering produces dry cake sludge, while real-time turbidity, pH, temperature, and conductivity monitoring keeps every loop compliant.
Supporting Technology That Complements Your Line
Every supporting machine in the Hanwin Other Processing series is engineered to integrate cleanly with your existing production line — the same automation, the same precision, and the same energy-conscious design as our primary processing equipment.
Guaranteed Safety Glass
280–320°C · 2+ hr soak · Full thermal log
Heat-soak testing forces nickel sulphide inclusions to fail in the furnace, not on the building. EN 12150 / ASTM C1048-compliant cycling with complete, verifiable batch documentation.
Safety & Acoustic Lamination
2.5+ layers · ±2°C · STC 35–45 dB
EVA lamination builds 2–5 layer acoustic, decorative, and ballistic laminates in a single cycle — with inserts, printed interlayers, and optical clarity for premium applications.
Frosted & Decorative Finishes
3 auto guns · V/H rotatable · 85%+ reuse
Dual-orientation sandblasting creates uniform frosted, etched, and anti-slip textures across 3–50mm glass, with cyclone media recovery keeping running costs low.
Closed-Loop Water Management
10–100 TPH · 0.1μm · 95%+ recovery
Multi-stage water treatment recycles process water from every line in your factory, cutting freshwater use and eliminating discharge with zero liquid discharge options.
Line-Integrated Automation
PLC + HMI · 50+ recipes · Real-time data
Every machine runs on a PLC with a touchscreen HMI — recipe storage, batch logging, and connectivity that let supporting processes slot into your production workflow.
Energy & Cost Conscious
Insulated zones · Media reuse · Water savings
Independent heating zones, 85%+ abrasive reuse, and 95%+ water recovery combine to keep energy, consumable, and utility costs under control.
