CNC 4-Corner Automatic Processing

The only machine in its class that processes all four corners of a rectangular glass sheet in one CNC program cycle. The PC-based controller calculates corner paths from glass dimensions, indexes between corners automatically, and maintains ±0.05mm accuracy at every radius.

R5–R120mm Adjustable Corner Radius

Continuous corner radius adjustment from R5mm (tight rounded corner for small glass) to R120mm (wide arc for large architectural panels). Radius set via CNC interface — no mechanical changeover required. Supports Pencil, Ogee, Waterfall, and Flat profiles.

3-Wheel Single-Pass Cycle

Each spindle holds 3 wheels — coarse diamond grind, fine diamond grind, and felt polish — all in one pass. The corner is ground and polished in a single cycle without wheel changes or manual intervention. Reduces processing time by 60% vs. single-wheel systems.

PC-Based CNC with G-code

Pneumatic Glass Clamping

Five essential maintenance practices to maximize corner accuracy and wheel life.

Inspect all 3 wheels per spindle (coarse, fine, polish) for loading, glazing, or uneven wear. Dress or replace wheels as needed. Check coolant flow rate and concentration. Clean wheel surfaces with clean water at end of shift. Verify pneumatic clamping pressure.

Run the CNC calibration routine to verify corner radius accuracy at R10, R30, R60, and R100mm test positions. If accuracy drifts beyond ±0.1mm, recalibrate the X/Y positioning system. Update CNC offset values. Backup all job presets.
