Sandblasting Machine
Dual-orientation. 3 automatic guns. Glass 3–50mm. Frosted, decorative, anti-slip finishes with 85%+ media reuse — vertical or horizontal in the same machine.
How It Works
Five stages from glass loading to finished frosted panel — 3 auto guns, cyclone recovery, HEPA extraction.
Two Orientations. One Machine.
Vertical or horizontal, 3 auto guns, 85%+ media reuse — frosted, decorative, anti-slip finishes.
Dual-Orientation Design
Process glass vertically (for large architectural panels, minimal floor footprint) or horizontally (for small batches, gravity-assisted media collection) — in the same machine. Simply rotate the work chamber 90° and the PLC reconfigures gun positions, media flow, and conveyor parameters automatically. Two machines in one footprint.
3 Independent Auto Guns
Three automatic pressure-fed guns traverse the glass surface on a servo-driven gantry — each independently controlled for pressure (0.2–0.8 MPa), traverse speed, and media flow. Overlapping gun passes ensure uniform coverage with no visible seams. Gun pressure can be varied per gun for gradient or zone-specific texturing.
85%+ Media Reuse
The cyclone recovery system separates reusable abrasive media from dust and fine particles — achieving 85%+ media reuse rate. Recovered media is returned to the hopper automatically. This significantly reduces consumable costs and waste disposal volume compared to single-pass systems.
50+ Recipe Profiles
The PLC stores 50+ complete blasting profiles — each with gun pressure, traverse speed, media type, grain size, and coverage density. Switch between frosted, etched, decorative, and anti-slip finishes with one-touch recipe recall. Full data logging for quality traceability.
Multi-Stage Dust Extraction
Three-stage exhaust filtration (cyclone + cartridge + HEPA) captures 99.5% of dust particles at 0.5μm. The dust extraction system is interlocked with the blasting operation — the guns cannot fire unless extraction is running. Interlocked chamber prevents operation with door open.
3–50mm Glass Range
Handles the full range of architectural glass — from 3mm decorative panels to 50mm structural laminates. The automatic gun height adjustment accommodates any thickness within the range. Glass thickness is auto-detected and gun parameters adjust accordingly.

What It Blasts
From architectural privacy glass to anti-slip flooring — frosted, decorative, and functional finishes.
Architectural Frosted Glass
Privacy & Decoration
Sandblasted frosted glass is the standard method for creating privacy glazing in office partitions, bathroom windows, shower screens, and facade panels. The matte finish diffuses light while blocking direct visibility — providing privacy without sacrificing natural illumination. The 3-gun system ensures uniform frosting across large architectural panels.

Maintenance Guide
Nozzle inspection, media recovery, dust extraction — keep your sandblaster running at peak.
Inspect all 3 gun nozzles for wear — replace if bore has enlarged beyond specification. Check gun pressure gauges against HMI readings. Inspect media hopper level and top up if needed. Verify dust extraction is functioning (check differential pressure across filters). Clean the chamber window. Inspect conveyor rollers for glass debris. Run the gun traverse test cycle at start of shift.
