Vertical Glass Washing
& Drying Machine
Small footprint. Big performance. Vertical washing with gravity-assisted drainage, Low-E soft-bristle brushes, and dual air-knife drying — 40% smaller than horizontal equivalents.
How It Works
Seven stages from vertical infeed to spot-free outfeed — gravity-assisted drainage, Low-E brushes.
Small Footprint. Big Performance.
Vertical washing, gravity drainage, Low-E brushes — production-line quality in half the space.
40% Smaller Footprint
The vertical orientation eliminates the long horizontal conveyor required by horizontal washers — reducing the machine footprint by 40%. Ideal for workshops and production lines where floor space is limited. The same washing quality in a fraction of the space.
Low-E Soft-Bristle Brushes
Standard Low-E compatible brush sets with soft nylon or polyester bristles are designed for coated, soft-coat Low-E, and online-coated glass surfaces. Controlled brush pressure and speed prevent scratching, coating damage, or surface marking — even on the most sensitive coatings.
Gravity-Assisted Drainage
The vertical orientation allows gravity to carry water and dislodged particles downward throughout the washing cycle — preventing re-contamination, improving drainage efficiency, and reducing water consumption by 30% compared to horizontal equivalents.
Self-Adjusting Brush System
All brush sets automatically adjust to glass thickness from 3–19mm — no manual changeover, no gap adjustment. The spring-loaded brush arms maintain consistent pressure across the full glass height, ensuring uniform cleaning on every panel regardless of thickness.
Dual Air-Knife Drying
Precision stainless-steel air knives on both front and rear faces blast the glass with filtered, pressurized air — delivering complete drying in a single pass. Gravity assists water runoff in the vertical orientation, making the drying process even more efficient.
PLC + Touchscreen Control
PLC-controlled with 7" or 10" touchscreen HMI. Independently adjust brush speed per zone, water temperature, conveyor speed, air-knife pressure, and detergent dosing. Store presets for different glass types (float, Low-E, coated, tempered). One-touch recipe recall.

What It Washes
From vertical tempering lines to small workshops — spot-free glass in half the space.
Tempering Furnace Feed
Pre-Temper Washing
Glass must be immaculately clean before entering the tempering furnace. The Vertical Washer removes all particles, fingerprints, and residue at line speed. The vertical orientation aligns directly with vertical tempering furnace feed systems, eliminating the need to re-orient glass between washing and tempering.

Maintenance Guide
Brush inspection, air-knife care, water-quality monitoring — keep your vertical washer running at peak.
Inspect all brush sets for wear, bristle damage, or loading. Clean brush surfaces with clean water at end of shift. Check vertical conveyor belt alignment and tension. Verify brush gap adjustment is functioning correctly. Clean air-knife tips with compressed air.
