Glass Loading & Breakout Table
Designed to safely handle raw sheets from storage through to the cutting table, the Glass Tilting Bar Loading and Cutting Machine combines tilt-bar loading with automatic layout and cutting in a single compact footprint. The tilting bar lowers glass gently onto the cutting bed, reducing manual handling and the risk of sheet damage. Once loaded, the system automatically arranges the optimal cutting layout and performs cutting with an integrated breaking-ejector function, keeping the workflow continuous from raw sheet to finished panel.
How It Works
Five stages from glass rack to separated pieces — the complete loading and breakout workflow.
Why This Loading Table
Six features that eliminate bottlenecks and protect your glass.
Tilt-Bar Loading Design
The tilting bar lowers glass gently onto the cutting bed, reducing manual handling and the risk of sheet damage. Simple operation compatible with a loading crane arm.
Auto Layout & Cutting with Breaking-Ejector
Once loaded, the system automatically arranges the optimal cutting layout and performs cutting with an integrated breaking-ejector function — keeping the workflow continuous from raw sheet to finished panel.
Compact Footprint
Designed for space-constrained production floors. Combines tilt-bar loading with automatic layout and cutting in a single compact footprint.
Reduces Manual Handling & Labor Risk
Automated loading eliminates manual glass handling, reducing worker fatigue, injury risk, and the potential for costly glass breakage during transfer.
12–18 Adjustable Suction Cups
Modular vacuum cup layout adapts to any glass size from 300×300mm to 6100×3300mm. Individual cup isolation means one failed cup doesn't halt production.
Anti-Scratch Felt Surface
Industrial-grade felt covering on all glass contact surfaces prevents scratches on coated, Low-E, and ultra-clear glass — protecting surface quality through the loading and breakout process.
20–50 Second Full Cycle
From glass pickup to placement — keeping your CNC cutting line running at maximum throughput without bottlenecking at the loading stage.
Technical Specs
Every parameter engineered for reliable, scratch-free glass handling.
How It Compares
Automatic loading vs. manual and semi-automatic alternatives.
Hanwin Automatic Loading leads in Speed (95), Safety (90), and Accuracy (92) — delivering the fastest, safest glass handling with the highest positioning precision.
Where It Excels
From high-volume lines to delicate solar glass — one loading system, every application.
High-Volume Cutting Lines
Continuous Production
In high-volume curtain wall and architectural glass facilities, the loading table is the bottleneck. Our automatic loading arm eliminates manual handling, delivering sheets to the cutting table every 20–50 seconds to keep the line at full capacity.

Smart Factory IntegrationKeep It Running
Five essential maintenance practices to protect your glass and maximize uptime.
Inspect all vacuum suction cups for cracks, wear, or loss of grip. Clean cup surfaces with isopropyl alcohol to remove glass dust and oil. Replace any cups that fail the grip test — a single failed cup can cause glass slippage.
Check compressed air supply pressure (0.5–0.7 MPa), drain the air filter separator, and inspect all pneumatic cylinders and hoses for leaks. Lubricate the loading arm pivot points with approved pneumatic oil.
Inspect the felt table surface for cuts, burns, or compressed areas. Brush away embedded glass particles. Replace felt sections that show visible damage — damaged felt can scratch coated and Low-E glass.
Calibrate the pneumatic breakout bar pressure for the current glass thickness range. Test on scrap pieces to verify clean separation without excessive force. Adjust pressure regulators as needed.
Perform a complete mechanical inspection of the loading arm, suction cup mounts, and conveyor rollers. Check all electrical connections and safety systems including light curtains and emergency stops. Update PLC software if available.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about the Glass Loading & Breakout Table.
The standard table handles glass up to 6100×3300mm (approximately 20×10 feet) with a minimum of 300×300mm. The modular suction cup layout automatically adapts to any size within this range — no manual reconfiguration needed.
After the CNC cutting line scores the glass, the sheet moves to the breakout zone where pneumatic pressure bars apply controlled downward force along the score lines. The pressure is adjustable from 50–300 kg to handle glass from 2mm to 19mm thickness, ensuring clean separation with minimal edge chipping.
Yes. The table surface is covered with industrial-grade anti-scratch felt that protects coated, Low-E, ultra-clear, and decorative glass surfaces. The vacuum suction cups use non-marking rubber that won't leave residue on coated surfaces.
The automatic loading arm completes a full cycle in 20–50 seconds depending on glass size and weight. This matches or exceeds the throughput of most CNC cutting lines, ensuring the loading stage never becomes a production bottleneck.
Yes. The loading table is designed as a modular companion to CNC cutting lines. It connects via standard motorized roller conveyor or air flotation table. Our engineers provide integration support during installation to ensure seamless connection with your existing equipment.
Every unit includes light curtains around the loading zone, dual-palm operator buttons for manual override, emergency stop buttons at multiple positions, and safety interlocks on all access doors. The system meets CE safety standards for industrial glass handling equipment.
