CNC Glass Cutting Line
The Fully Automated Glass Cutting Production Line brings CNC-level control to complex, high-volume cutting operations. Imported optimization software plans every layout for efficient, energy-saving, low-noise operation, while a dual-drive servo cutting bridge keeps the gantry moving smoothly at high speed for consistent panel quality. Optional film removal, label printing, and laser coding modules give architectural and insulated-glass manufacturers a flexible, future-ready cutting platform.
How It Works
Five stages from raw glass to finished pieces — the complete cutting workflow.
Why This Cutting Line
Six reasons it's the most advanced CNC cutting line in its class.
Dual-Drive Servo Cutting Bridge
Dual-drive servo system keeps the gantry moving smoothly at high speed for consistent panel quality. Structurally engineered to remain stable under full load — even in demanding multi-shift environments.
±0.15mm Precision Accuracy
Industry-leading accuracy on every cut. Closed-loop feedback on the scoring head ensures consistent precision from the first piece to the ten-thousandth.
Optional Film Removal & Laser Coding
Optional modules for automatic film removal, label printing, and laser coding can be added — giving architectural and insulated-glass manufacturers a flexible, future-ready cutting platform.
Imported Optimization Software
Imported layout-optimization software plans every layout for efficient, energy-saving, low-noise operation. Direct parameter programming or remote file import for maximum flexibility.
Reinforced Full-Load Structure
The frame and drive system are structurally engineered to remain stable under full load. Continuous multi-shift production with consistent quality panel after panel.
24/7 Support & Lifetime Service
Every cutting line ships with lifetime technical support, remote diagnostics capability, and a dedicated service hotline — for the life of the machine.
100% In-House Software
The only cutting line in China with fully self-developed CNC software — no third-party licensing, full customization, and guaranteed updates for life.
Technical Specs
Every parameter engineered for precision and production reliability.
How It Compares
CNC precision vs. manual and bridge-cutting alternatives.
Hanwin CNC Cutting Line leads in Accuracy (95), Yield (95), and Versatility (90) — outperforming both manual and bridge-cutter alternatives across every critical production metric.
Where It Excels
From curtain walls to solar panels — one cutting line, every glass application.
Architectural Curtain Wall
High-Volume Production
Large-format curtain wall panels demand consistent accuracy across thousands of pieces. The CNC cutting line handles glass up to 6100×3300mm with ±0.15mm repeatability, making it the standard for curtain wall fabrication facilities worldwide.

Smart Factory ReadyKeep It Running
Five essential maintenance practices to maximize uptime and cutting accuracy.
Clean the cutting table surface, scoring wheel, and conveyor rollers at the end of each shift. Remove glass dust and debris from the guide rails. Inspect the scoring wheel for chips or wear — replace when score quality degrades.
Run a test cut on a scrap piece and measure diagonals with a precision ruler. If accuracy drifts beyond ±0.20mm, recalibrate the CNC axes following the service manual procedure. Log all calibration results.
Check compressed air supply pressure (0.5–0.7 MPa), drain the air filter separator, and inspect pneumatic cylinders for leaks. Lubricate the scoring head piston with approved pneumatic oil.
Inspect all electrical connections, terminal blocks, and cable carriers for looseness or wear. Check servo motor encoder connections. Update the CNC software if a new version is available.
Perform a full machine calibration using laser alignment tools. Replace conveyor belt tensioners, scoring wheel bearings, and guide rail bushings as needed. Conduct a full safety system test including light curtains and emergency stops.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about the CNC Glass Cutting Line.
The standard configuration handles glass up to 6100×3300mm (approximately 20×10 feet). Smaller formats are also supported, with a minimum glass size of 200×200mm. Custom table sizes are available on request.
The CNC cutting line delivers ±0.15mm accuracy on straight cuts and ±0.20mm on diagonals. This level of precision is maintained through closed-loop servo feedback and regular calibration — meeting the requirements of architectural, automotive, and solar glass production.
Yes. The software natively supports DXF and DWG file import from AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD platforms. You can also scan physical templates using the optional CCD camera system, or create programs directly on the touchscreen HMI.
The cutting line handles float glass, tempered glass (before tempering), laminated glass, coated glass (including Low-E), ultra-clear glass, and patterned glass. Scoring pressure is adjustable from 2–19mm thickness range to accommodate different glass hardness levels.
Standard installation takes 3–5 days including mechanical setup, electrical connection, software configuration, and operator training. Our engineers can also assist with production line integration if the cutting line is part of a larger system.
Every machine ships with a 1-year warranty, lifetime technical support, remote diagnostics capability (on Professional and Enterprise configurations), and access to our global spare parts network. Our service team responds within 24 hours for all technical enquiries.
