The entire tool spindle employs a high-precision straight-rod optical shaft. The applied force is transmitted more steadily and directly through the straight rod, which reduces intermediate links and ultimately ensures the blade is truly perpendicular to the glass, guaranteeing cut quality. This is particularly effective for cutting thick plates, resulting in a break edge free of water-wave patterns and without bevels. Through the high-precision calculations of the motion control card, the C-axis actively rotates, accurately coordinating with the movement of the X and Y axes, making the cut path smoother and significantly reducing chipping during the breaking process.

The fully automatic film removal system utilizes a 20–25mm thick grinding wheel to strip the Low-E coating from the glass surface along an optimized path, achieving a maximum speed of 80 meters per minute. Equipped with a Panasonic industrial vacuum cleaner, it effectively removes residual debris from the glass surface — the perfect solution for cutting Low-E glass.
