Capabilities

Zero Handling. Full Automation.

CCD positioning, barcode scanning, automatic conveyors, and ERP integration — the complete in-line solution.

CCD Photo-Positioning

5MP industrial camera with 0.05mm/pixel resolution detects glass edges, corners, and orientation in real time. Automatically compensates for placement offsets — no manual alignment. Verifies glass dimensions against DXF file before processing. Optional defect pre-scan detects edge cracks.

Barcode-Driven Job Selection

1D/2D barcode and QR code scanner automatically selects the correct CNC program for each glass panel. Scanned at loading — program loads in under 1 second. Eliminates manual program selection errors. Supports custom barcode formats and database lookup.

Automatic Loading & Unloading

Servo-driven belt conveyors at both ends handle glass loading and unloading automatically. Front-end loading conveyor feeds glass onto the vacuum table. Rear-end unloading conveyor transports finished panels to the next station. Zero manual handling from input to output.

ERP / MES Integration

OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, and REST API interfaces enable direct connection to ERP and MES systems. Real-time production data — cycle count, tool usage, alarm history, glass dimensions — transmitted automatically. Production scheduling, job tracking, and OEE monitoring ready.

6-in-1 Multi-Function CNC

Drill, mill, edge, bevel, engrave, and free-form cut in a single automated cycle — no glass movement between machines. BT40 spindle (11kW, 12,000rpm) with 12-position ATC. Replaces dedicated drilling, milling, edging, beveling, and engraving stations with one integrated platform.

Zero-Downtime Production Flow

While the machine processes one panel, the loading conveyor positions the next. The unloading conveyor clears the previous panel simultaneously. Continuous flow design means no idle time between cycles — maximum throughput, minimum floor space.

What It Processes

From curtain wall lines to appliance factories — fully automated, production-line ready.

Curtain Wall Production Lines

Full Automation

Curtain wall production demands high-volume, zero-handling processing of panels up to 2700×7300mm with holes, bevels, and complex cutouts. The On-line CNC Working Center integrates directly into the curtain wall line — barcode scanning, CCD positioning, and automatic load/unload eliminate manual handling entirely.

Maintenance

Keep It Running

Five essential maintenance practices to maximize CCD accuracy, conveyor uptime, and ERP connectivity.

Clean the CCD camera lens with optical-grade microfiber cloth — no fingerprints or dust. Test barcode scanner read rate on 5 sample codes. Verify CCD edge detection accuracy using a calibration target (±0.10mm). Check camera mounting bolts for tightness. Clean conveyor belt surfaces.

Inspect loading and unloading conveyor belts for wear, tracking, and tension. Lubricate conveyor drive rollers. Test vacuum chuck holding force across all zones (min 0.06MPa). Check vacuum pump oil level and filter. Inspect conveyor photo-eye sensors for proper alignment.

Test OPC-UA / Modbus TCP / REST API connectivity with the ERP system. Verify data transmission (cycle count, tool usage, alarms). Cycle the automatic tool changer through all 12 positions — verify smooth operation. Inspect tool holder tapers. Update axis compensation values.

Inspect all ball-screw bearings and linear guides. Verify servo motor encoder feedback. Check spindle alignment and runout. Update CNC controller software and HMI firmware. Backup all job presets and system configurations. Full safety system test — light curtains, fencing, emergency stops.

Full machine calibration using laser measurement. Verify CCD camera calibration against certified target. Test ERP/MES data flow end-to-end. Audit conveyor speed and synchronization. Replace coolant and recharge chiller. Full electrical inspection. CE safety compliance audit. Production line performance benchmarking.

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about the On-line CNC Glass Working Center.

CCD photo-positioning uses a 5MP industrial camera (0.05mm/pixel resolution) mounted above the vacuum table to detect glass edges, corners, and orientation in real time. The system automatically compensates for any placement offset (±0.10mm accuracy) and verifies that the physical glass matches the DXF dimensions before processing begins.

A barcode or QR code on the glass label is scanned automatically as the panel enters the loading conveyor. The CNC controller reads the code, retrieves the matching DXF program from the database, and loads it in under 1 second. No manual program selection — the machine processes the correct program for every panel automatically.

The machine supports OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, and REST API interfaces — compatible with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and most standard ERP/MES systems. Real-time data includes cycle count, tool usage, alarm history, glass dimensions, and production status. Custom integration is available on request.

Cycle time depends on the number and complexity of operations — typically 3–8 minutes per panel for a full multi-operation cycle (drill + mill + edge + bevel). Daily output of 60–120 panels is standard. The automatic loading/unloading system ensures zero idle time between cycles.

Yes — the CCD camera detects the size and orientation of each panel automatically. Barcode scanning selects the correct program for each panel. Mixed-size production runs are fully supported without manual changeover. The system can process up to 4 recognized panels per cycle.

The Standard has CCD positioning, auto load/unload, and a 2700×3600mm table — ideal for standalone automation. The Professional adds ERP connectivity (OPC-UA/Modbus), a full 2700×7300mm table, and 999+ job presets. The Enterprise includes all Professional features plus MES integration, multi-panel recognition, defect pre-scan, and full production line PLC control.
