Cut Anything. Any Shape.

5-axis linkage, zero heat, universal material cutting — the ultimate free-form cutting platform.

5-Axis AB Linkage Cutting

The 5-axis AB-linkage head tilts (A-axis: ±60°) and rotates (B-axis: ±360°) simultaneously, enabling compound bevel cuts, 3D-shaped edges, and contours that are impossible with 3-axis or 4-axis systems. Yaskawa AC servo drives on all axes deliver ±0.10mm positioning accuracy.

37kW Ultra-High Pressure Pump

The 37kW hydraulic intensifier delivers up to 420MPa (60,000 PSI) — enough to cut through 100mm thick glass, stone, and metal. Automatic pressure regulation maintains consistent cutting performance. The pump ramps to full pressure in under 10 seconds.

Zero Heat-Affected Zone

Waterjet cutting is a cold process — no heat, no melting, no thermal distortion, no micro-cracks. The cut edge is smooth and clean with no HAZ (heat-affected zone). Ideal for tempered glass, laminated glass, and heat-sensitive materials where mechanical or laser cutting would cause damage.

Universal Material Cutting

One machine cuts glass (float, tempered, laminated, insulated), stone (marble, granite), ceramic, composite panels, and metal sheets — all with the same waterjet technology. Switch between materials without tool changes. Abrasive feed rate auto-adjusts to material hardness.

Automatic Nesting & Optimization

The CNC controller includes automatic nesting software that arranges parts on the glass sheet for maximum material yield — reducing waste by 15–30%. SupportsDXF, DWG, IGES, and STEP file import. Nesting algorithm considers grain direction, minimum spacing, and part orientation.

PC-Based CNC with DXF Import

15" touchscreen Windows HMI with direct DXF/DWG/IGES/STEP file import. Visual toolpath simulation before cutting. Store 999+ job presets. Real-time cutting pressure, speed, and abrasive flow display. Remote diagnostics via Ethernet.

What It Cuts

From shower doors to industrial components — the waterjet cuts what no other machine can.

Shower Enclosures & Doors

Complex Cutouts

Shower doors require handle cutouts, hinge holes, notch cuts, and curved edges — all with smooth, safe edges. The waterjet cuts any shape through tempered or laminated glass with zero chipping, zero micro-cracks, and edges safe to touch. No secondary finishing required.

Maintenance

Keep It Running

Five essential maintenance practices to maximize pump life, cutting accuracy, and nozzle performance.

Inspect the waterjet nozzle and orifice for wear, cracks, or clogging. Replace orifice if diameter exceeds 0.02mm of nominal (typically every 40–80 hours). Clean the nozzle tip with compressed air. Check abrasive supply tube for blockages. Verify water pressure gauge reading matches target.

Check intensifier oil level and condition — replace if dark or contaminated. Inspect high-pressure tubing and fittings for leaks. Test pressure relief valve. Check pump motor alignment. Lubricate cutting head bearings. Clean abrasive catch tank and remove accumulated sludge.

Run CNC calibration routine to verify ±0.10mm positioning on X/Y/Z axes. Check A-axis tilt range and B-axis rotation accuracy using a dial indicator. Verify backlash on all ball screws (max 0.01mm). Update axis compensation values. Test emergency stop and door interlock systems.

Replace intensifier seals and check valves. Flush and replace hydraulic oil. Inspect all high-pressure fittings. Calibrate pressure transducer. Test abrasive feed system accuracy. Inspect cutting table slats for wear. Check water filtration system — replace filters. Full safety system audit.

Full machine calibration using laser measurement. Rebuild intensifier pump (if >5000 hours). Replace all high-pressure hoses. Full electrical inspection. Recalibrate all servo drives. Replace cutting table slats if worn. CE safety compliance audit. Water treatment system overhaul.

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about the CNC Waterjet Cutting Machine.

Glass (float, tempered, laminated, insulated, glass ceramic), stone (marble, granite, quartzite), ceramic tile, composite panels, metal sheets (steel, aluminum, copper), rubber, and plastics. One machine handles all materials — switch without tool changes. Abrasive feed rate auto-adjusts to material hardness.

Waterjet is a cold process — no heat, no melting, no thermal distortion, no micro-cracks, no HAZ (heat-affected zone). It cuts any shape, any curve, any angle — including shapes impossible with mechanical tools. The edge is smooth and clean, often requiring no secondary finishing. It handles tempered glass without shattering.

The A-axis tilts the cutting head up to ±60° for bevel cuts and compound angles. The B-axis rotates ±360° for continuous contour following. Together, the 5-axis AB linkage follows any 3D contour — compound curves, beveled edges, and complex shapes that 3-axis or 4-axis systems cannot produce.

The 37kW Professional model cuts up to 80mm thick glass and 100mm thick stone/metal. The 55kW Enterprise model maintains full cutting speed at maximum thickness. For glass thicker than 30mm, the controller automatically reduces feed rate and increases abrasive flow to maintain cut quality.

±0.10mm positioning accuracy and ±0.05mm repeatability across the full table area. This is achieved through Yaskawa AC servo drives, precision ball-screw axes, and PC-based CNC control with real-time feedback. The 5-axis head maintains accuracy even during complex compound-angle cuts.

DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP, and G-code. The Windows HMI imports files directly via USB, network, or barcode scan. The controller automatically generates toolpaths from the geometry. Automatic nesting software optimizes part placement for maximum material yield.
