Capabilities

Precision Printing. Permanent Finish.

6-point CCD registration, vacuum chuck table, closed-loop ink — architectural-grade silk screen printing.

6-Point CCD Registration

Six high-resolution CCD cameras read fiducial marks on the glass surface and automatically align each colour pass to within ±0.05mm — eliminating manual registration entirely. Registration completes in 3–5 seconds per panel. The system compensates for glass thermal expansion, screen stretch, and positional drift in real-time.

Vacuum Chuck Table

The precision-ground vacuum chuck table holds glass from 3–19mm thick without mechanical clamps — preventing edge damage, surface marking, and glass movement during printing. Four independently controlled vacuum zones allow selective clamping for irregularly shaped or partial-coverage panels.

Closed-Loop Ink Recirculation

The ink recirculation system continuously filters, heats, and homogenizes the ink — maintaining consistent viscosity (20–100 mPa·s) and pigment density throughout the print run. Thermostatic heating (30–60°C, ±1°C) ensures viscosity stability. Inline filtration (10μm + 5μm) removes contaminants before they reach the screen.

Pneumatic Print Head

The pneumatic print head delivers controlled, repeatable squeegee pressure (0.2–0.8 MPa) across the full print area — ensuring uniform ink deposit on every panel. Pressure, speed, and angle are independently adjustable per colour pass. The system compensates for screen tension variations and glass surface irregularities.

999+ Recipe Storage

Barcode-triggered recipe recall stores 999+ complete jobs — each with registration points, squeegee settings, ink parameters, and drying profiles. Scan the barcode on the glass and the machine loads the correct recipe automatically. Changeover between jobs takes under 60 seconds.

CE Safety Envelope

Dual Type 4 light curtains (14mm resolution), 4-point emergency stop, and pneumatic safety interlocks on all access panels. Safety-rated PLd / Cat.3 per EN ISO 13849-1. Safe torque off on all drive systems during maintenance. The machine cannot operate with any access panel open.

What It Prints

From architectural facades to exhibition displays — permanent silk screen graphics on glass.

Architectural Facades

Building Envelope Graphics

Silk screen printing is the standard method for applying permanent, UV-stable graphics to architectural glass facades — including frit patterns, gradient banding, decorative motifs, and solar control patterns. Printed ceramic frit is fired into the glass surface during tempering, creating a permanent, scratch-resistant, fade-proof finish that lasts the lifetime of the building.

Maintenance

Maintenance Guide

Screen inspection, ink system care, CCD calibration — keep your silk screen line running at peak.

Inspect screen mesh for tears, ink blockage, or mesh distortion. Clean screen edges and frame with solvent after each shift. Inspect squeegee blade for nicks, uneven wear, or hardening — replace if damaged. Clean squeegee with solvent and store horizontally. Check flood bar alignment and pneumatic pressure. Verify vacuum chuck table surface is clean and free of ink residue. Run the registration system self-test at start of shift.
