UV Printing Machine
Direct-to-glass UV inkjet. 600×2400dpi. 2–8 piezoelectric print heads. CMYK + White + Varnish. Instant LED UV cure. No screens, no squeegees — photographic quality on glass up to 2400×2000mm.
How It Works
Six stages from digital file to finished print — inkjet heads, instant LED UV cure, no screens required.
No Screens. No Squeegees. Just Print.
Digital UV inkjet — photographic quality, variable data, instant cure. The future of glass decoration.
Direct-to-Glass UV Inkjet
No screens, no squeegees, no setup. Load the digital file, place the glass, and print. UV-curable ink is jetted directly onto the glass surface and instantly cured by LED UV lamps — producing permanent, scratch-resistant, photographic-quality graphics in a single pass.
600×2400dpi Variable Dot
Piezoelectric print heads jet 3.5–12 picolitre droplets in variable dot mode — producing smooth gradients, razor-sharp text, and photorealistic colour reproduction. Native 600×2400dpi resolution with interpolated output up to 4800×2400dpi for the finest detail.
Multi-Layer Single Pass
Colour, White, and Varnish layers are printed simultaneously in a single pass — enabling opaque graphics on clear glass, backlit panel effects, and tactile textured finishes without multiple machine runs. Each layer is independently controlled for thickness and density.
LED UV Instant Cure
LED UV lamps (395nm) cure ink in milliseconds as the print head passes — enabling immediate handling and downstream processing. 70% less energy than mercury vapour, 30,000+ hour lamp life, no ozone, no warm-up. Adjustable 20–100% intensity per lamp.
Variable Data Printing
Every panel can be unique — barcodes, serial numbers, QR codes, sequential graphics, or custom designs per panel. The RIP software and Gigabit Ethernet connection handle variable data at production speed without compromising print quality or throughput.
Vacuum Chuck Table
Precision-ground aluminum vacuum chuck holds glass from 2–25mm thick without mechanical clamps — preventing edge damage and surface marking. Four independently controlled vacuum zones allow selective clamping for irregularly shaped or partial-coverage panels.

What It Prints
From architectural facades to exhibition displays — full-colour, photographic UV printing on glass.
Architectural Decorative Glass
Full-Colour Facades & Interiors
UV printing delivers full-colour, photographic-quality graphics on architectural glass — enabling gradient patterns, custom artwork, branded facades, and interior feature walls that are impossible with silk screen. The direct-to-glass process eliminates screen costs and enables one-off custom panels economically.
Choose Your Configuration
Three tiers — from 2-head CMYK to 8-head full-colour + white + varnish.
Maintenance Guide
Nozzle checks, ink system care, UV lamp monitoring — keep your UV printer running at peak.
Run the automatic nozzle check and print head cleaning cycle at the start of each shift. Inspect the print head surface for ink buildup or debris — clean with approved solvent on lint-free cloth. Check the UV lamp intensity via the built-in sensor. Verify vacuum table suction across all zones. Clean the glass loading area of dust and debris. Wipe the viewing windows clean.
