How to choose, combine and customize the seven Hanwin machine series.
The seven series are Cutting (automatic and CNC cutting, loading systems and breaking tables), Grinding (double edgers, seaming and beveling), Drilling (CNC and laser drilling), CNC (smart-warehouse cutting lines and all-in-one platforms), Washing (horizontal and vertical washing lines), Printing (silk-screen and UV) and Other Processing (heat-soak testing, lamination, sandblasting and water treatment).
Start with the stage you process: raw sheet cutting points to the Cutting or CNC series, edge finishing to Grinding, holes to Drilling, cleaning to Washing, decoration to Printing, and testing or lamination to Other Processing. For a complete line, tell us your glass types, thickness range and output targets and our engineers will configure the connected line.
Yes. Every station is engineered to hand off to the next, so series can be combined into complete lines - for example a CNC cutting conveying line feeding a double edger, then a washer and a laminating station - with conveyor alignment and control integration handled by our installation team.
Cutting accuracy reaches ±0.15mm at speeds up to 160m/min on the CNC series, grinding holds ±0.05mm on CNC round-corner work, drilling holds ±0.05mm with hole ranges from Ø2mm (laser) up to Ø230mm (big-hole), and washing lines run at 1-10m/min.
