Sealants, spacer bars and molecular sieve engineered for insulating glass unit fabrication
A complete material set for insulating glass (IG) unit fabrication — two-component silicone and butyl sealants, structural and weatherproofing silicones, precision spacer bars and 3A molecular sieve desiccant — engineered to deliver durable, fog-free, energy-efficient IG units for curtain walls, windows and facades.
Each family below is detailed in the Materials & Equipment Catalog. Open a family to see available products, specifications, applications and enquiry options.

Section 01 covers the complete material set for insulating glass (IG) unit fabrication: two-component silicone and butyl sealant systems, structural and weatherproofing one-component silicones, aluminum, stainless steel and warm-edge spacer bars, and 3A molecular sieve desiccant.
Most IG production uses a dual-seal system: butyl sealant as the primary seal (moisture and gas barrier) plus two-component silicone as the secondary structural seal. For curtain-wall structural glazing and facade weatherproofing, the one-component structural and weatherproofing silicones are the right grades.
Yes. We supply aluminum, stainless steel and warm-edge spacer bars, plus 3A molecular sieve desiccant in 0.5-0.9mm and 1.0-1.5mm bead sizes for spacer bar filling.
Yes. Custom bead diameters, spacer profiles, packaging and private-label options are available on request for distribution partners, along with technical data sheets and samples.
Yes. Hanwin's glass processing line includes IG-related machinery such as IGU line washers, so you can source the materials and the production equipment from one supplier.
