Green resin wheels generate moderate heat. Ensure coolant covers the full contact zone at all times. Adjust nozzle position if edge coverage is inconsistent.

Measure wheel diameter weekly. When diameter reduction exceeds 3mm from new, plan replacement. The wheel will still cut but with reduced efficiency.

Don't use green resin for mirror-prep finishing (use red) or heavy stock removal (use black-sand). Using the wrong grit wastes wheel life and produces suboptimal results.
