Bevelling Wheels
Purpose-built for creating precise beveled edges at configurable angles (3–45°). Sets of 8–12 wheels use progressively finer grits to achieve the mirror-like finish demanded by premium architectural and furniture glass.
How It Works
Four stages from set configuration to mirror polish — the progressive engineering behind every bevel.
Why Bevelling
Mirror-precision, progressive refinement. Every feature engineered for premium bevel quality.
Complete Set System
8–12 wheels per set, engineered as a progressive sequence. Each wheel is optimized for its position in the grinding-to-polishing pipeline.
Color-Coded Stages
Each wheel is color-coded by grit and stage. Operators can identify and replace individual stages without referring to manuals.
Angle-Specific Geometry
Each wheel is ground to a precise angle. This ensures consistent bevel width and geometry throughout the wheel's life.
Mirror-Finish Capability
Final-stage wheels produce mirror-quality bevels without chemical polishing. The result is a reflective, premium finish on architectural and furniture glass.
Mirror-Finish Without Chemical Polishing
Final-stage resin wheels with ultra-fine grit (#2000–#3000) produce a reflective, premium bevel edge — no cerium oxide or chemical treatment required.

Premium Architectural
Feature Panels & Facades
Architectural glass with visible beveled edges demands flawless mirror-quality finishes. Bevelling wheel sets deliver the progressive refinement needed to transform raw-cut edges into elegant, light-catching facets that define premium building facades, entrance doors, and interior feature panels.

Maximum precision, maximum lifeKeep Them Cutting
Five essential practices to maximize beveling wheel set life and maintain consistent mirror-finish quality.
Always replace the full set when worn. Mixing old and new wheels creates inconsistent bevel geometry and uneven finish quality across the bevel width.
Check wheel angle alignment monthly. Even slight misalignment causes uneven bevel width — wider at one end, narrower at the other.
Track wear on each stage independently. Entry stages wear faster (higher removal rate) than finishing stages. Replace stages individually as needed.
Glass particles from coarser stages can contaminate finer stages. Clean the machine thoroughly when changing grit sequences.
Keep beveling wheel sets together in original packaging. Separating stages leads to mix-ups and incorrect sequences.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about bevelling diamond wheel sets.
Typically 8–12 wheels depending on the target bevel width and finish quality. For a standard 10mm bevel with mirror finish, 10 wheels is typical. Wider bevels or higher quality requirements may need 12+ wheels.
You can, but quality suffers. Skipping stages means the final wheels must remove more material, producing a coarser finish. For premium bevel quality, use the full progressive sequence.
Standard angles: 5°, 10°, 15°, 22.5°, and 45°. Custom angles are available for special applications. Each angle requires its own set of wheels — you cannot use the same wheels for different angles.
500–800 linear meters per set, but entry stages wear 30–40% faster than finishing stages. Track each stage individually and replace as needed. A complete set replacement is recommended every 3–4 partial replacements.
